Astigmatism Paintings
An on-going social portrait project. All paintings are done in one sitting, painted without my glasses with conversation, music and social interaction encouraged. A chance to spend time with people, remove anxieties of the finished product and engage with imperfection as a creative process and tool. Some of the paintings were collected in a publication in 2016 and some have had audio descriptions made for them in 2017.
