How I work

People-led practice - involve people in decision making from the start.

Not outcome based.

Create structures that allow freedom.

This supports people to have more agency and control and develop creativity independently.

Five key things I think about in creative projects:

  1. 👥 People
  2. 🏡 Environment
  3. ☎️ Language
  4. 🤗 Belonging
  5. 🤲 Sharing
