DIY as Privilege
I wrote something about what I’ve learnt since 2006 being involved with supporting people with learning disabilities to make and share music. It is called D.I.Y. as Privilege.
Originally a one-page 13 point manifesto published in 2018. It is now a pamphlet, expanding on the original points through anecdotes, observations and the voices of the people I’ve met along the way.
Published by Rough Trade Books in April 2020 and available to buy direct from them.
